Aviation Explorers

I was actually quite impressed with their attentiveness, as well as the desire of all those on hand who expressed an interest in wanting to learn to weld. All the kids had turns doing practice welds and I really enjoyed instructing. The kids did an outstanding job, as well as the adults who helped make it possible. I am looking forward to conducting more seminars and working with our future aviators. The next one will be on covering using the Ceconite system.

Experimental Aircraft association Chapter 66 is part of a National organization located in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Our local chapter is at Page Field in Ft Myers Fl.

Our goal is to promote Aviation by educating young and older prospective pilots through the Young Eagles and Eagles Program.

Our dedicated builders have used their experience to educate young and old on the techniques and construction of aircraft. Our chapter project is weeks away from its first flight.

Chapter 66 has been raising money for many years and were close to our dream of building a hanger by our building at Page Field. By receiving money from our supporters we can finally reach our goal.
